Shipping Information:

Our shipper of choice is Federal Express for all packages containing wine. US Postal Service will be used for smaller general merchandise purchases. Orders usually ship within 48 hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No refunds or returns on wine shipments or gift packages containing wine. Any broken wine must be reported within 2 days of receipt for replacement of the same wine. Returns on all other products (within 30 days) must be pre-approved by sending an email to sales@autumnharvestwinery.com. Orders may be canceled if request is received before shipment (usually within 24 hours). Orders canceled after shipment will qualify for full product refund less actual shipping and handling costs provided the product is returned in good condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Cancellation requests should be emailed to sales@autumnharvestwinery.com.

Shipment notification and Federal Express tracking numbers will be sent via email for all purchases containing wine.
